Spring 2012 Stroke Clinics

The 90 minute stroke clinics include emphasis on swimming drills, visual demonstrations and hands on correction. Each clinic has a primary focus which is listed below. Stroke Clinics are offered on Sundays in the Spring and also during the Winter Holidays in December.

Sunday, April 1 Freestyle Freestyle start, streamline & turns

Sunday, April 15 Backstroke Backstroke start, streamline & turns

Sunday, April 22 Racing vs Practice Stroke turnover & finishing

Sunday, April 29 Butterfly Butterfly start, streamline & turns

Sunday, May 6 Breaststroke Breaststroke start, streamline, turns & rhythm

Sunday, May 13 Individual Medley (IM) IM turns, transitions & combining all 4 strokes

Sunday, May 20 Sprints Alternating distances in all strokes to increase speed

Cost/Age/Level Requirement

$25 per clinic OR
$150 for all 7 (buy 6 get one free per swimmer)
