YOU MUST

Report the absence as soon as possible so another swimmer has the opportunity to use your spot!
You have three ways to report the absence:
·  Fill out the "report an absence" form on our web page
·  Stop at the front desk and "report an absence"
·  Call our "report an absence" line 602.971.4044 ext. 7

YOU CAN

Show up for a Family Swim with your entire family and up to two friends!

OR... Book a make-up lesson

You have three ways to book your make-up:
·   Tell us what you need in your "report an absence" form on the web  page
·   Stop by the front desk and get it booked
·   Call us at 602.971.4044 ext. 0

WE CAN

· Offer 3 make-ups per class every 6 months. We encourage make-ups to be used within 4 weeks of your missed class.  
· Offer a Family Swim for the entire family and up to two friends at no cost. (These can be used instead of a make-up or if you have already used 3 make-ups.)
· Book make-ups within 7 days of your request.

WE CAN'T

· Book a make-up more than a week forward as availability changes.
· Do a make-up in the first month of lessons unless it is with your own  teacher.
· Guarantee a make-up. Many of our classes are full. We will try to  accommodate you when there is an appropriate class available.
· Provide make-ups for our Special Needs students.
· Book a make-up more than 2 weeks after your last class. After that,  make-ups will be forfeited
