How to Enroll and Fees

Pre-register and we’ll call you

We will help you find a class to best meet your child’s needs and to fit your schedule. You can get started right away!
1. Choose the level you think will fit your child.
Level descriptions are under the ‘Swim Lessons’ tab.
2. Prioritize your preferred day and time options.
3. Call us, pre-register or stop by any of our locations.
4. Secure your class request with a credit card, cash or check upon booking.

How to withdraw from a class
Once you are assigned a class you will REMAIN registered until you give us a 30 day notice that you wish to withdraw. Stop by the front desk, give us a call, or drop us an email with the last day you wish to attend.

Fees 2010
$75 per month for group classes
$117 per month for semi-private classes
(there is a 5% discount for multiple classes and multiple siblings)

Payment Options
1. Monthly automatic debit from checking or savings accounts
2. Monthly automatic debits from Visa, MasterCard, or American Express
All accounts will be charged on the 1st business day of the month for that month. You will be prorated for any days that we are closed or any partial months.

Policies

8 Lesson Minimum
We have an 8 lesson minimum because we do not feel that it is fair to your child or to a teacher to ‘try’ swimming lessons. Eight lessons is a total of four hours. We believe this is the absolute minimum amount of time needed for a child to adjust to the lesson structure and begin the learning process.

Swim Diapers
Cloth, reusable swim diapers are REQUIRED for all students under the age of 3, even those who are potty-trained. They are available for purchase at all of our locations. We do allow disposable swim diapers in the pool under the cloth diaper if you choose to “double diaper.”

When can I sign up?
Anytime!
What if I join in the middle of the month?
You will pay the prorated amount for the month in which you are starting by credit card, check or cash.
How long does my child attend lessons?
Our classes are ‘perpetual’ which means that they continue indefinitely until you notify us by phone or at the front desk that you wish to take a break.
How do I change my day or time?
You can change your day and time by emailing us, talking to our front desk or calling our booking center at 602.971.4044. We change classes constantly to accommodate our students. Please call us for availability. Give us the days and times that work for you and our staff will work to find a spot that meets your needs. We work very hard to get your child in the correct class and we believe that being able to talk with you allows us to get the best fit for your swimmer.
Just once a week?
We believe consistent education produces outstanding results. Once a week lessons provide the foundation for learning that lasts a lifetime. if your child would like to swim more than once a week you may select an additional day and time.
What about teacher requests?
Some of our students and many of our parents have become fond of particular teachers. We love our teachers and we will continue to do make decisions regarding where teachers are placed based on our effort to provide the best swimming experience possible for everyone. We are well aware that different students respond to different teaching personalities and we always try to respond to these requests. We will never guarantee a teacher and we will always reserve the right to change teachers of other considerations require it.
