Deb Paparelli—General Manager, Peoria
Deb is the mother of three magnificent kids; two daughters and a son. She was born and raised in Colorado, where her love for the outdoors began at an early age. After leaving her home town of Pueblo, she pursued a career in marketing and retail. It was during this time that she began wilderness training, backpacking and mountain climbing, which she still enjoys today. In 1987, Deb moved to Phoenix and opened a day care business, serving several families in her neighborhood.
She jumped into the world of Girl Scouting and became a dedicated leader and neighborhood director for 10 years. Deb continues to volunteer her time to support the “green” blood line; providing encouragement for girls and women in leadership roles, while keeping them connected to the great outdoors.
Deb began her swim teaching career by starting a backyard swim instruction program at her home. She was able to be with her children and offer a valuable service to families in her community. When the Hubbards opened their new swim school she joined their team on a year-round basis.
After 8 years with the Hubbard’s, and lots of life experience, Deb is making a difference for others in the world as General Manager of the Peoria Swim School and as a mother to her three awesome kids.
